Operating Borrowings definition

Operating Borrowings means the amount of Borrowings (as defined in the Operating Credit Agreement) outstanding from time to time under the Operating Credit Agreement;

  • All Swap Indebtedness of a Loan Party to any Swap Lender, other than Permitted Swap Indebtedness, shall, as to the Security, rank junior and be subordinate in every respect to the Syndicated Borrowings, the Operating Borrowings, the Permitted Swap Indebtedness, the Cash Management Obligations and the Creditcard Obligations.

  • Borrowings means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal, capital or nominal amount (and any fixed or minimum premium payable on prepayment or redemption) of any indebtedness of members of the Group for or in respect of:

  • Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Total Borrowings means, in respect of the Company on a consolidated basis, as of a given date the aggregate of the following, without duplication:

  • Refunding Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing which, after application of the proceeds thereof, results in no net increase in the outstanding principal amount of Committed Loans made by any Bank.
