Operating Data definition

Operating Data means, generally, certain financial and statistical information of the Trust relating to the Bonds and the Master Program Trust Account, substantially in the form included as Appendix D to the Final Official Statement.
Operating Data means operating data of the types identified in the Continuing Disclosure Certificate most recently delivered by the Borrower to the Dissemination Agent in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The Operating Data shall be prepared for the Fiscal Year immediately preceding the date of the Annual Report containing such Operating Data.
Operating Data means the operating data of the Issuer described in Section 2(a)(2) hereof.

Examples of Operating Data in a sentence

  • To qualify as Installed Capacity Suppliers in the NYCA, Resources shall submit to the ISO Operating Data in accordance with this Section 5.12.5 and the ISO Procedures.

  • A Resource that has been deemed completely forced out for a particular month may submit new Operating Data, for that month, to the ISO at any time.

  • In its calculation of Unforced Capacity, the ISO shall deem a Resource to be completely forced out for each month for which the Resource has not submitted its Operating Data in accordance with Section 5.12.5 of this Tariff and the ISO Procedures.

  • Installed Capacity Suppliers offering to supply Unforced Capacity associated with Internal System Resources shall submit for each of their Resources the Operating Data and DMNC testing data or historical data described in Sections 5.12.1 and 5.12.5 of this ISO Services Tariff in accordance with the ISO Procedures.

  • Resources that do not submit Operating Data in accordance with the following subsections and the ISO Procedures may be subject to the sanctions provided in Section 5.12.12.1 of this Tariff.Resources that were not in operation on January 1, 2000 shall submit Operating Data to the ISO no later than one month after such Resources commence commercial operation, and in accordance with the ISO Procedures and the following subsections as applicable.

Operating Data means the financial and statistical information of the Issuer of the type included in the Final Official Statement under the headingsAssessed Valuation of Real Property and Equalized Valuations Taxable and Tax Rates”, “Distribution of Assessed Valuation,” “List of Monmouth County Twelve Largest Taxpayers”, “Comparative County Budgets”, “Statement of Statutory Net Debt,” “Schedule of Debt Service,” “Debt Analysis” and “Other County Obligations”.
Operating Data means, generally, certain financial and statistical information of the I- Bank relating to the Bonds and the Master Program Trust Account, substantially in the form included as the “Master Program Trust Agreement Schedule” to the audited financial statements of the I-Bank, attached as Appendix A to the Final Official Statement.
Operating Data means the quantity of electricity produced by each Turbine, the average wind speed at each Turbine, and the output voltage at each Turbine, in each case on an hourly interval.
Operating Data means an update of the Operating Data contained in Appendix A of the Offering Document.
Operating Data means operations, environmental and production data, including division of interest decks, joint interest xxxxxxxx, payout statements, plant statements, lease operating statements and receipts or other records kept with respect to payment of invoices.
