Pricing Data definition

Pricing Data when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean all pricing data generated by the pricing engine integrated in our Online Trading Facility and fed to our Online Trading Facility on a real time/delayed/end of day/historical basis, specifying the market prices of the Supported Financial Instruments traded on our Online Trading Facility;
Pricing Data means information concerning prices, including profit, for materials, services or construction substantially similar to those being procured under a contract or subcontract. In this definition, “prices” refers to offered selling prices, historical selling prices or current selling prices of the items being purchased.
Pricing Data means the document that contains the Bill of Quantities and provides the criteria and assumptions, which it will be assumed in the Contract were taken into account by the Service Provider when developing his prices;

Pricing Data means factual information concerning prices for items identical to or substantially similar to those being procured.
