Doing business in this state means issuing or performing wholly or in part any term of an interment rights agreement executed within the state of Iowa.
(2) In this subsection, the term fundraising’ means
Expandable condominium means a condominium to which additional land may be added in accordance with the provisions of the declaration and of this chapter.
Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.
