  • Project Co and the Authority will each have a Design and Construction Representative, appointed in accordance with and with the rights and responsibilities set out in Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols], and an Operating Period Representative, appointed in accordance with and with the rights and responsibilities set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications].

Related to Operating Period Representative

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate.
