Operating Period Representative definition

Operating Period Representative has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications];
Operating Period Representative means the individual responsible for leading the services performed by the Service Provider during the operating period of the Project starting from the Other Site Service Commencement Date.

Related to Operating Period Representative

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
