Operating Shareholders means, collectively, (i) the Controlling Shareholders, (ii) any Controlled Affiliates of the Controlling Shareholders that own an Economic Interest or a Controlling Interest in the Borrower from time to time (directly or indirectly through Controlled Affiliates of such parties or through a Joint Affiliate) and (iii) ClearWave’s Majority Shareholder and any Controlled Affiliates of ClearWave’s Majority Shareholder that own an Economic Interest or a Controlling Interest in ClearWave from time to time.
