Operating Target definition

Operating Target means the EBITA target for the Company in any Fiscal Year as determined pursuant to Section 3.2(b) below, and the “Adjusted Operating Target” means an amount equal to the product of (x) the Operating Target for such Fiscal Year and (y) [***]. Examples of Operating Target in a sentence

  • For resources that are both providing Regulation and have submitted Energy Bids for the RTM, Dispatch Instructions will be based on the Regulation Ramp Rate of the resource rather than the Operational Ramp Rate if the Dispatch Operating Target remains within the Regulating Range.

  • Maintain an Operating Target (OPTAR) log and process transactions to COMNAVAIRFOR designated financial databases to ensure funds are not over expended.

  • When a resource is identified as “non-compliant,” RTM will set the Dispatch Operating Target for that resource equal to its actual output in the Market Clearing software such that the persistent error does not cause excessive AGC action and consequently require CAISO to take additional action to comply with reliability requirements.

  • The submitted Operational Ramp Rate for resources shall be used as the basis for all Dispatch Instructions, provided that the Dispatch Operating Target for resources that are providing Regulation remains within their applicable Regulating Range.

  • Dispatches of Regulation resources to a Dispatch Operating Target by RTM SCED will be eligible to set the RTM LMP.

Related to Operating Target

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Operating Unit means, for purposes of this part, primary and constituent operating units designated as such in the Department Order Series of the De- partment of Commerce and, in addi- tion, the Office of the Secretary.
