Operation Security definition

Operation Security means Letter(s) of Credit in the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet. “Outage Schedule” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a)(i).
Operation Security means the security specified in Article 10.2.
Operation Security has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b). “Original Contract Capacity” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5. “Pacific Prevailing Time” means the local time in the State of California.

Examples of Operation Security in a sentence

  • Seller shall maintain the Development Security until either: (i) the Commercial Operation Date is achieved and Seller posts the Operation Security pursuant to Section 5.5(b); or (ii) until Buyer is required to return the Development Security under Section 5.5(c), and provided that Seller shall have no replenishment obligation with regard to the Development Security.

  • If Seller fails following ten (10) Business Days’ Notice from Buyer to pay Buyer the GEP Shortfall Damages within sixty (60) days after the end of the GEP Shortfall Makeup Period, Buyer shall have the right to immediately draw the applicable amount of GEP Shortfall Damages owed to Buyer from the Operation Security.

  • For avoidance of doubt, (a) the limit on Seller’s obligation to replenish the Operation Security shall not be construed as a cap on Seller’s liability under the Agreement; and (b) the amount of any draw permitted prior to the Commercial Operation Date shall be subject to Section 13.7 and the limitation that Seller liability for the period prior to the Commercial Operation Date shall not exceed the Maximum Pre-COD Liability.

  • Transaction Security means the Security created or expressed to be created in favour of the Security Agent pursuant to the Transaction Security Documents.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.

  • covered bond means a debt security issued by any member of the banking group, for which repayment to holders is guaranteed by a SPV, and investors retain an unsecured claim on the issuer.

  • Relevant Security means the Stock, any other equity security of the Company or any of its subsidiaries and any security convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, any Stock or other such equity security.
