Operational Characteristics definition

Operational Characteristics means the operational characteristics set forth in Appendix III.
Operational Characteristics means the information included under the heading “Operational Characteristics” in Exhibit B.
Operational Characteristics means the operational characteristics set forth in Appendix II.

Examples of Operational Characteristics in a sentence

  • Operational Characteristics shall not be modified during the Term.

  • At all times during the Delivery Term, the Project must include Units that were installed without using financial incentives under the Self-Generation Incentive Program (“SGIP”) with an aggregate rated capacity of no less than the capacity associated with the Operational Characteristics.

  • The Project may include Units that were installed using financial incentives under SGIP in excess of the capacity associated with the Operational Characteristics, provided that Seller complies with all rules and requirements under SGIP.

  • Seller shall provide Buyer all Capacity Attributes that may be calculated or derived from the Operational Characteristics, which must be exclusively from the Project (“Product”).

  • During the Delivery Term, Buyer has exclusive right to enter into a RMR Contract with respect to the Product or any component thereof, provided that the RMR Contract would not require the Project to operate beyond the Operational Characteristics or beyond the end of the Delivery Term.

  • Seller shall provide Buyer the Contracted Percentage of all Capacity Attributes that may be calculated or derived from the Operational Characteristics, which must be exclusively from the Project (“Product”) during the applicable Contract Month, in each case, as set forth in Appendix II.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, during the Term, Seller shall not modify the Project in such a manner that would materially modify the underlying technology, Operational Characteristics, Project Specifications or Site Description as all are specified in Exhibit B.

  • Operational Characteristics of Project for consideration in Buyer Curtailment Orders: Advance notification required for Buyer Curtailment Order: 10 Minutes Minimum down time ____Minutes.

  • For any other Project modifications that do not materially modify the underlying technology, Operational Characteristics, Project Specifications or Site Description, Seller shall provide the applicable updated information to Buyer promptly and Seller and Buyer will cooperate in good faith to agree upon and document any appropriate adjustments to Exhibit B to incorporate such updated information.

  • Seller agrees to coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure all information provided to the CAISO regarding the operational and technical constraints in the Master File for the Project are accurate and are based on the Operational Characteristics.


More Definitions of Operational Characteristics

Operational Characteristics means the operational characteristics and other requirements set forth in Section F of the Cover Sheet.
Operational Characteristics means the minimum performance requirements for the Project set forth on Appendix D.

Claim experience, health status, and duration of coverage since issue are not case characteristics for the purpose of this subchapter.

  • Operational Control means Security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordinating and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Balancing Authority Areas and Reliability Coordinators, voltage reductions and load shedding, except that each legal owner of generation and transmission resources continues to physically operate and maintain its own facilities.
