Start Times. The start time of the appointment will be the scheduled start time or the time the interpreter arrives, whichever is later. If the authorized requestor, patient/client, and interpreter all agree to begin earlier than the scheduled start time, the interpreter will be paid from when they begin providing interpreter services.
