Operational Charge definition

Operational Charge means the Charge identified and calculated as set out in paragraph 8 of Schedule 7.1 (Charges and Payment);
Operational Charge set forth in D of I of Exhibit C is restated in its entirety as follows: At the option of the Customer, exercised by written notice to the Supplier given not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of any Contract Year, the Customer may elect to have the Operational Charge for the next Contract Year fixed at an amount equal to one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the Operational Charge for the Contract Year then ended (as determined pursuant to clause i above (the "Fixed Operational Charge Amount")). Thereafter, for each new Contract Year the Operational Charge shall be equal to the Fixed Operational Charge Amount multiplied by a fraction, the denominator of which shall be the CPI as of the most recent date of publication thereof prior to the first day of the Contract Year for which the Fixed Operational Charge Amount was first established and the numerator of which shall be the CPI most recently published prior to the first day of such new Contract Year.
Operational Charge has the meaning set out in paragraph 8.1 (Operational Services: Operational Charges and Other Sums Due) of Schedule 7 (Charging);

Examples of Operational Charge in a sentence

  • The Train Operator shall, in respect of any Service (and its associated Ancillary Movements) that it wishes to operate wholly or partly outside of the Core Operational Period, or wholly or partly on routes which form part of the Network over which passenger services do not operate, pay to Network Rail a Non-Core Operational Charge.

  • Additional Charge has the meaning given to it in the Management Agreement; ‘Agreement’ means this agreement including background recitals and the Schedules as may be amended pursuant to clause 16.3;

  • Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.

  • Withdrawal Charge means a charge taken by AUL equal to a percentage of the Account Value withdrawn pursuant to Section 4.8, where the percentage varies by the Participant Account Year in which the withdrawal is made. This 4% Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be in effect during the next 6 consecutive Participant Account Years. Thereafter, the Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be reduced to 0%. In no event will the cumulative total of all Withdrawal Charges, including those previously assessed against any amount withdrawn from a Participant Account, exceed 9% of total Contributions allocated to that Participant Account.

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Capital Charge means the deemed opportunity cost of employing Capital in the Company’s businesses, determined as follows: Capital Charge = Capital X Cost of Capital

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Controllable Operating Expenses means all Operating Expenses except property taxes and assessments, capital expenditures that are reasonably required, costs for repairs and maintenance (excluding preventative maintenance), utility charges, insurance charges, costs of services provided under a union contract, payments under covenants, conditions and restrictions or to an owners’ association and costs associated with repairs due to casualty, vandalism or other cause outside of Landlord’s reasonable control.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Additional Rent means all amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease;

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Interim Rent means the pro-rata portion of Rent due for the period from the Commencement Date through but not including the first day of the first full Rent Interval included in the Initial Term.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.
