Legal Charge definition

Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.

Legal Charge means the legal charge to be entered into upon the acquisition of the legal interest in the Land by the Company in favour of the Secretary of State over the Land, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State;

More Definitions of Legal Charge

Legal Charge means the legal charge which you and the chargor give us in respect of the property, and it includes all amendments and changes to the legal charge and any charges, mortgages or agreements made in relation to the property.

Legal Charge means the legal charge to be taken over any Fixed Asset, the form of which is in Schedule [9].]

Legal Charge has the meaning given to it in the Security Agreement.
