Transitional Services Agreement means that certain Transitional Services Agreement to be entered into at the Closing between Seller or any of its Affiliates on the one hand, and Purchaser, on the other hand, in the form of Exhibit 10.1.236.
Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.
Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;
Technical Services Agreement means the Technical Services Agreement between Cheniere LNG, Inc. and Contractor, dated June 7, 2010.
Secondment Agreement is defined in Section 2.2.
Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.
Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional
Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.
Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, the Holding LP, the Holding Entities and others;
Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.
Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).
Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;
Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff. Site:
Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.
Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:
Corporate Services Agreement means the corporate services agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer and the Corporate Services Provider, together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement.
