Operator Register definition

Operator Register means the Company's Operator register of members as required by regulation 20(3) of the Regulations;
Operator Register means the Operator register of corporate securities (as defined in the CREST Regulations);

  • The Company shall be entitled to assume that the entries on any record of securities maintained by it in accordance with the uncertificated securities rules and regularly reconciled with the relevant Operator register of securities are a complete and accurate reproduction of the particulars entered in the Operator register of securities and shall accordingly not be liable in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be done by or on behalf of the Company in reliance on such assumption.

  • Where any class of shares is, for the time being, a participating security, title to shares of that class which are recorded on an Operator register of members as being held in uncertificated form may be transferred by means of the relevant system concerned.

  • UNCERTIFICATED SHARE: Means (subject to Regulation 42(11)(a) of the Regulations) a share in the capital of the Company, title to which is recorded on the Operator register of members of the Company and which may, by virtue of the Regulations, be transferred by means of a relevant system and references in these Articles to a share being held in uncertificated form shall be construed accordingly.

  • Donor registry means a database that contains records of anatomical gifts and amendments to or revocations of anatomical gifts.
