Opioid Supply Chain Participants definition

Opioid Supply Chain Participants means entities that engage in or have engaged in the manufacture, marketing, promotion, distribution, or dispensing of an opioid analgesic, including their officers, directors, employees, or agents, acting in their capacity as such.
Opioid Supply Chain Participants means entities that engage in, have engaged in, or have provided consultation services regarding the manufacture, marketing, promotion, distribution, or dispensing of an opioid analgesic, including, but not limited to, Janssen, AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, McKesson, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Allergan plc, CVS Health Corporation, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., and Walmart Inc. “Opioid Supply Chain Participants” also means all subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents of such entities.

  • This MOA applies to all settlements under the National Settlement Agreements with Settling Defendants and the Bankruptcy Resolutions with Bankruptcy Defendants.4 The Parties agree to discuss the use, as the Parties may deem appropriate in the future, of the settlement terms set out herein (after any necessary amendments) for resolutions with Opioid Supply Chain Participants not covered by the National Settlement Agreements or a Bankruptcy Resolution.
