Option A Bareboat Owner means those Bareboat Owners having made a Bareboat Election for “Option A” to the Company and the Co-ordinator in accordance with the Implementation Plan.
Service contract holder or "contract holder" means a person who is the purchaser or holder of a service contract.
Contract Holder means the person to whom the Benefit Plan is issued. Any other person approved for coverage with the Contract Holder under this plan is a dependent. Under Group coverage, the Contract Holder is the Member who is eligible for coverage because of his or her affiliation with a Group.
Lot Owner means a declarant or other person who owns a lot, or a lessee of a lot in a leasehold planned community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration or termination of which will remove the lot from the planned community, but does not include a person having an interest in a lot solely as security for an obligation.
New Owner means, collectively, the HDFC and the Company.
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Contractholder means any entity that is a party to a Contract with a Participating Company (as defined below).
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Charterer means a person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity who contracts for the transportation of passengers and baggage, or goods and/or property from a specified origin to a specified destination, for a particular itinerary, agreed upon in advance.
Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.
Option Contract means a standardised contract the effect of which is that a person acquires the option—
Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.
investor of a Contracting Party means: (a) A natural person having the nationality of a Contracting Party in accordance with its applicable law; or (b) An enterprise constituted or organised under the applicable law of a Contracting Party; Making or having made an investment in the other Contracting Party's territory.
Contract Owner means the holder of interests in a variable annuity or variable life insurance contract issued by the Company.
Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
Offeror means a Person who has announced a current intention to make or is making a Take-over Bid.
Non-Operator means a party other than the operator;
Co-Owner means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest and a Co-Owner of a Series means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest of the Series.
Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.
Optionor has the meaning set forth in the preamble;
Individual contract means a contract for health care services issued to and covering an individual. The individual contract may include dependents of the subscriber.
Vehicle owner means the registered owner or
Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Prospective Purchaser has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(i) hereof.
economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities, including any temporary association of undertakings, which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;
Option Holder means a Person or Entity who holds an unexercised and unexpired Option or, where applicable, the Personal Representative of such person.
