Orange Network definition

Orange Network means the segment of the Orange network used by Orange to deliver the Business VPN Service. The Orange Network excludes all Tail Circuits (including, without limitation, leased line, DSL circuit, satellite access, etc.), public networks, and the CE Routers.

Orange Network the communications network operated by Partner, based on landline and mobile radio telephone transmissions enabling the transfer of content to terminal equipment, and any other or additional communications network, whatever its commercial name may be, operated and/or to be operated in the future by Partner and/or a corporation under its control and/or a party contracting with it and/or its agents and/or any company and/or other legal entity associated with it, including parent companies, subsidiaries, associated companies or affiliated companies.

  • It is prohibited to connect Devices and accessories, which can cause malfunctions in the Orange Network or within the Service.

  • Orange will implement Hardware Moves, Adds, and Changes ("Hardware MACs") on Customer-managed Equipment receiving Incident Management - Maintenance as described in this Clause 1.8.2, subject to the Hourly Labor Rate, plus the cost of materials.‌Customer will ensure that such changes will not interfere with the proper operation of Customer’s network, the Orange Network, or Orange Voice Network.

  • Orange Belgium s.a. shall not be held responsible for the Servic- es or the invoicing hereof if these Services are provided by third parties such as Third Party Providers and are accessible via the Orange Network, even if Orange Belgium s.a. is paid for such Ser- vices one way or another or if Orange Belgium s.a. processes the invoicing of these services on behalf of third parties.

  • The Orange Network refers to the communications network that is exploited or used by Orange Belgium s.a., which enables Orange Belgium s.a. to deliver its Services in Belgium.

  • Orange will also provide a Silver Service Type port to the Orange Network.

  • The incoming traffic (i.e. traffic moving from the Orange Network to the CE router) takes precedence over the outgoing traffic (i.e. traffic moving from the CE router to Orange Network), and the Business VPN network will automatically classify the incoming traffic according to its CoS.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Router means a modem or router provided by us for use by you in connection with the Broadband Service.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Trusted Network means a network operated and maintained by the Contractor, which includes security controls sufficient to protect DSHS Data on that network. Controls would include a firewall between any other networks, access control lists on networking devices such as routers and switches, and other such mechanisms which protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Data.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
