Ordering – Line Sharing. 3.5.1 ONS shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFAs) for use with High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.2 BellSouth will provide ONS the LSR format to be used when ordering the High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.3 BellSouth will provision High Frequency Spectrum in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. 3.5.4 BellSouth will provide ONS access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall xxxx and ONS shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

Ordering – Line Sharing. 3.5.1 Nex-Phon shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation Connecting Facility Assignments (CFA) for use with High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.2 BellSouth will provide Nex-Phon the LSR format to be used when ordering the High Frequency Spectrum. 3.5.3 BellSouth will provision High Frequency Spectrum in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. 3.5.4 BellSouth will provide Nex-Phon access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and Nex-Phon shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

BellSouth shall xxxx and Freedom shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

BellSouth shall xxxx and Xxxxxxx Networks shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

BellSouth shall xxxx and CBX One-Stop shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

BellSouth shall xxxx and COMTECH21 shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.

BellSouth shall xxxx and EZ Phone shall pay the rates for such services, as described in Exhibit A.
