Ordinance Enforcement Officer definition

Ordinance Enforcement Officer means the person appointed by the Town Mayor of Hideout Town to enforce the provisions of Town Code.
Ordinance Enforcement Officer means the Zoning Administrator or any other officer or agent designated by Township Board of Trustees.
Ordinance Enforcement Officer means any person so designated by the Township Board.
