Ordinary Directors definition

Ordinary Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(i) hereof.
Ordinary Directors has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 70.
Ordinary Directors has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1(a).

More Definitions of Ordinary Directors

Ordinary Directors means the Board Members appointed pursuant to Article64(e) or otherwise in accordance with these Articles and having the qualities as set out in Article86;
