Ordinary Unit definition

Ordinary Unit has the meaning given in the Trust Deed.
Ordinary Unit means a Unit that has the rights, powers, obligations, liabilities and restrictions attaching to an Ordinary Unit under this Deed and, while the Unit Holders Deed is in force, the Unit Holders Deed.
Ordinary Unit means a Unit which is not an A Class Unit or a B Class Unit;

Examples of Ordinary Unit in a sentence

  • The Responsible Entity’s nominee must be issued with one (1) Ordinary Unit in return for each $1.60 of that payment.

  • In connection with such conversion, each converted Class S Preferred Unit shall be cancelled and its Capital Account reduced to zero, and the Capital Account of such newly issued Class S Ordinary Unit shall be credited with an amount equal to the amount by which the Capital Accounts of the applicable Class S Preferred Units were reduced.

  • The Trust commences when an initial person nominated by the Responsible Entity subscribes at least$1.60 for an Ordinary Unit in the Trust.

  • Prepare to a drafting standard and qualify equivalent to the Contract Drawings.

  • The performance fee calculated will only be payable if and to the extent that the Net Asset Value of an investment in a particular Unit category and/or Series on the final day of the preceding calendar quarter exceeds the ‘high water mark’ (the highest Net Asset Value of that Unit category and/or Series attained in the past) in the case of an Ordinary Unit and a G – Unit, and each completed month in the case of an I- Unit and a R - Unit.

  • One-off costsCost surcharge and entry fee on the issue of UnitsThe total cost surcharge payable (to the Fund) and the entry fee payable (to the Manager) by Ordinary Unit or G – Unit holders on the issue of Units is a maximum of 1% of the amount that the Unit holder wishes to invest in the Fund (see Section 9, ‘Issue of Units’).


More Definitions of Ordinary Unit

Ordinary Unit means a unit consisting of (a) one Share, (b) one Series 2024-A Ordinary Share Warrant to purchase one (1) Ordinary Share and (c) one Series 2024-C Ordinary Share Warrant to purchase one (1) Ordinary Share.
Ordinary Unit has the meaning given in the Trust Deed. Ordinary Unit Holder means Aurizon Network on issue of an Ordinary Unit to it.
Ordinary Unit has the meaning set forth in Section 6.

Related to Ordinary Unit

  • Ordinary Share means a Class A Ordinary Share or a Class B Ordinary Share;

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Treasury Unit means, following the substitution of Treasury Securities for Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes as Collateral to secure a Holder’s Obligations under the Purchase Contract, the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Treasury Units Certificate in respect of such Treasury Securities, subject to the Pledge thereof, and the related Purchase Contract.

  • Class C Ordinary Share shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Ordinary Share Capital means any issued and outstanding shares of the Company with voting or other rights of management and control and any outstanding securities of the Company that are convertible into such shares at the option of the holder;

  • Common Share means one share of the common stock of the Company.

  • Class A Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class A Ordinary Shares and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Amalco Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

  • Class V Common Stock means the Class V common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Corporation.

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Extraordinary Common Stock Event means (i) the issue of additional shares of the Common Stock as a dividend or other distribution on outstanding Common Stock, (ii) subdivision of outstanding shares of Common Stock into a greater number of shares of the Common Stock, or (iii) combination of outstanding shares of the Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of the Common Stock.

  • Newco Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Additional Ordinary Shares means Ordinary Shares issued by the Guarantor following the issuance of the Subscribed Ordinary Shares;

  • SpinCo Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SpinCo.

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.

  • Family Unit means the Employee and his or her Dependents covered under the Plan.

  • OP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an OP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Ordinary Share Equivalents means any securities of the Company or the Subsidiaries which would entitle the holder thereof to acquire at any time Ordinary Shares or ADSs, including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant or other instrument that is at any time convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, Ordinary Shares or ADSs.

  • Preferred Share means a share of stock of the General Partner of any class or series now or hereafter authorized or reclassified that has dividend rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the REIT Shares.

  • Class A Share means a Class A ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.
