Organized practice definition

Organized practice means participation in practice that is scheduled by USA Boxing, under the direct supervision and direct sponsorship of the coach or manager of USA Boxing.
Organized practice means a scheduled motorcycle practice held in an off-road vehicle facility designated by the division and conducted by an organization carrying liability insurance in at least the amounts specified by the division under Subsection (5) covering all activities associated with the practice.

  • Good Practice means such practice in the processing of personal data as appears to the Commissioner to be desirable having regard to the interests of data subjects and others, and includes (but is not limited to) compliance with the requirements of this Act;

  • Best Practice means solutions, techniques, methods and approaches which are appropriate, cost-effective and state of the art (at Member State and sector level), and which are implemented at an operational scale and under conditions that allow the achievement of the impacts set out in the award criterion ’Impact’ first paragraph (see below).

  • Unethical practice means any activity on the part of bidder, which try to circumvent tender process in any way. Unsolicited offering of discounts, reduction in financial bid amount, upward revision of quality of goods etc after opening of first bid will be treated as unethical practice.
