Original Base Currency Amount definition

Original Base Currency Amount means in relation to a Loan denominated in a currency other than USD, the USD Equivalent of the amount of that Loan or that Participation, as the case may be, calculated as at the Drawdown Date of that Loan; provided that if all or part of a Loan is not made or is repaid or prepaid, the “Original Base Currency Amount” of that Loan and of the Participations of the Lenders in that Loan, shall be correspondingly reduced.
Original Base Currency Amount of a Credit means:
Original Base Currency Amount means in relation to a Loan denominated in a currency other than NOK, the NOK Equivalent of the amount of that Loan or that Participation, as the case may be, calculated as at the Drawdown Date of that Loan; provided that if all or part of a Loan is not made or is repaid or prepaid, the ”Original Base Currency Amount” of that Loan and of the Participations of the Lenders in that Loan, shall be correspondingly reduced.

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).

  • Base Currency means the first currency in the Currency Pair against which the Client buys or sells the Quote Currency.

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Balance Currency means the currency that the trading account is denominated in and all charges including spreads, commissions and swaps, are calculated in that currency.

  • Available Currency means Dollars, and any other currency as the relevant Borrower, each of the relevant Revolving Credit Lenders or the relevant Term Lenders, as the case may be, and the Administrative Agent may agree to from time to time.

  • Dollar Equivalent Amount means (i) with respect to any amount of Alternate Currency on any day, the equivalent amount in Dollars of such amount of Alternate Currency as determined by the Administrative Agent using the applicable Exchange Rate on such day and (ii) with respect to any amount of Dollars, such amount.

  • Eligible Currency means any currency other than Dollars (i) that is readily available, (ii) that is freely traded, (iii) in which deposits are customarily offered to banks in the London interbank market, (iv) that is convertible into Dollars in the international interbank market and (v) as to which a Dollar Equivalent Amount may be readily calculated. If, after the designation by the Revolving Credit Lenders of any currency as an Agreed Currency, (x) currency control or other exchange regulations are imposed in the country in which such currency is issued with the result that different types of such currency are introduced, (y) such currency is, in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent, no longer readily available or freely traded or (z) in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent, a Dollar Equivalent Amount of such currency is not readily calculable, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders and the Company, and such currency shall no longer be an Agreed Currency until such time as all of the Revolving Credit Lenders agree to reinstate such currency as an Agreed Currency and promptly, but in any event within five Business Days of receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall repay all Loans in such affected currency or convert such Loans into Loans in Dollars or another Agreed Currency, subject to the other terms set forth in Article II.

  • L/C Commitment Amount has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.3.(a).

  • Applicable Currency means, as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Offshore Currency in which it is denominated or is payable.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Total Commitment Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate of the Individual Commitments of all of the Lenders at such time.

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • LC Commitment Amount means $600,000,000 as the same may be reduced permanently from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08.

  • Revolving Commitment Amount means the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) set forth adjacent to such Lender’s name on Schedule A attached hereto (or, in the case of any Lender that became party to this Agreement after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 16.3(c) or (d) hereof, the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) of such Lender as set forth in the applicable Commitment Transfer Supplement).

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Base Currency Equivalent means, with respect to an amount on a Valuation Date, in the case of an amount denominated in the Base Currency, such Base Currency and, in the case of an amount denominated in a currency other than the Base Currency (the “Other Currency”), the amount of Base Currency required to purchase such amount of the Other Currency at the spot exchange rate determined by the Valuation Agent for value on such Valuation Date.

  • Original Applicable Credit Support Percentage With respect to each of the following Classes of Subordinated Certificates, the corresponding percentage described below, as of the Closing Date: Class M...................4.25% Class B-1.................2.30% Class B-2.................1.50% Class B-3.................1.00% Class B-4.................0.55% Class B-5.................0.20%

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.

  • Applicable Multicurrency Percentage means, with respect to any Multicurrency Lender, the percentage of the total Multicurrency Commitments represented by such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment. If the Multicurrency Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Multicurrency Percentages shall be determined based upon the Multicurrency Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Underlying Currency means the Underlying Currency as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount means at any time during a Monthly Period with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of all Outstanding Notes of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time, less any funds on deposit in the Principal Funding Account or the related Sub-Account, as applicable, for the benefit of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time.

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.
