Original BCC Notes definition

Original BCC Notes means the promissory notes issued by BCC to each of The LT-1 LiquidTrust, The LT-2 LiquidTrust, The LT-3 LiquidTrust, The LT-4 LiquidTrust, The LT-5 LiquidTrust, The LT-6 LiquidTrust, The LT-7 LiquidTrust and The LT-8 LiquidTrust on September 1, 2017 pursuant to the Acquisition Documents in an aggregate initial outstanding principal balance of no greater than $11,200,633.
Original BCC Notes means the promissory notes issued by the Borrower to each of The LT-1 LiquidTrust, The LT-2 LiquidTrust, The LT-3 LiquidTrust, The LT-4 LiquidTrust, The LT-5 LiquidTrust, The LT-6 LiquidTrust, The LT-7 LiquidTrust and The LT-8 LiquidTrust on the Closing Date pursuant to the Acquisition Documents in an aggregate initial outstanding principal balance of no greater than $11,200,633.

Related to Original BCC Notes

  • Original Notes means the Initial Notes and any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • Original Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Bridge Notes means the series of notes, of which this Note is a part, dated on or about the date hereof, each of which are identical, other than the date of the Note, identity of the Holder and principal amount of this Note.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • Existing Notes means, collectively, the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes and the Existing Senior Notes.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • Series C Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under an Indenture and designated as "Series C" thereunder.

  • 2028 Notes has the meaning specified in the recitals of this First Supplemental Indenture.

  • Series C Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • Series B Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series B Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series B Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series B Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Initial Note Balance means, for any Class, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, the Initial Class B Note Balance, the Initial Class C Note Balance, the Initial Class D Note Balance or the Initial Class E Note Balance, as applicable, or with respect to the Notes generally, the sum of the foregoing.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Original Securities means all Securities other than Exchange Securities.

  • Replacement Notes means Notes issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Notes in accordance with Article II hereof.

  • Initial Debentures means the Debentures designated as “9.5% Unsecured Convertible Debentures” and described in Section 2.5;

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Public Notes means the Notes that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction. As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).

  • Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.
