  • Class A Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2B Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2C Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2D Certificate Principal Balance and the Class R Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.

  • Certificate Principal means principal payable in respect of the Investor Certificates of any Series pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement.

  • Original Certificate Principal Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, the amount specified for such Class in Section 4.01(d).

  • Class A Certificate Group The Group I Class A Certificates or the Group II Class A Certificates, as applicable.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Certificate Principal Amount With respect to any Certificate, at the time of determination, the maximum specified dollar amount of principal to which the Holder thereof is then entitled hereunder, such amount being equal to the initial principal amount set forth on the face of such Certificate, less (i) the amount of all principal distributions previously made with respect to such Certificate; (ii) all Realized Losses allocated to such Certificate; and (iii) in the case of a Subordinate Certificate, any Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount allocated to such Certificates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on any Distribution Date relating to a Due Period in which a Subsequent Recovery has been received by the Servicer, the Certificate Principal Amount of any Class of Certificates then outstanding for which any Realized Loss or any Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount has been applied will be increased, in order of seniority, by an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the amount such Class of Certificates has been written down in respect of Realized Losses or Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amounts, to the extent not previously offset by increases in Certificate Principal Amount pursuant to this sentence and (ii) the total of any Subsequent Recovery distributed on such date to the Certificateholders (reduced (x) by the amount of the increase in the Certificate Principal Amount of any more senior Class of Certificates pursuant to this sentence on such Distribution Date and (y) to reflect a proportionate amount of the increase in the Certificate Principal Amount of any pari passu Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to this sentence). For purposes of Article V hereof, unless specifically provided to the contrary, Certificate Principal Amounts shall be determined as of the close of business of the immediately preceding Distribution Date, after giving effect to all distributions made on such date.

  • Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.

  • Class Certificate Principal Balance As to any Class of Certificates, other than any Class of Notional Certificates, and as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class. The Class Certificate Principal Balance of each such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date is specified in Section 5.01(b).

  • Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-2 Principal Balance The Class B-2 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Certificate (other than any Interest Only Certificate), on any date of determination, an amount equal to:

  • Certificate Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount for each Payment Date and any outstanding Certificate Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the immediately preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that the Certificate Principal Distributable Amount shall not exceed the Certificate Balance. In addition, on the Payment Date as of which all of the Receivables are to be purchased pursuant to Section 8.01, the principal required to be deposited into the Certificate Distribution Account will include the amount necessary to reduce the Certificate Balance to zero.

  • Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B Principal Balance The sum of the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance, Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and Original Class B-6 Principal Balance, as set forth in Section 11.14.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Class X-A Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 hereto.

  • Class A-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.
