Original Common Stock shall have the meaning specified in the opening paragraphs of this Warrant.

Original Common Stock means each share of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company (excluding any share of Series B Common Stock).

More Definitions of Original Common Stock

Original Common Stock means the common stock of the entity that is the Issuer immediately prior to the Spin-Off and "New Common Stock" shall mean the common equity securities of the Publicly-Traded Entity resulting from such Spin-Off.
