Examples of Original Euro Amount in a sentence
If a Term-out Advance is to be prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange last used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Term-out Advance under this Clause 5 or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate (as defined in Clause 5.10 (Term-out Advances in Optional Currencies)).
Each Facility C Repayment Instalment (other than the last) shall be in an Original Euro Amount equal as nearly as possible (rounded upwards if necessary) to the percentage, set out in column (2) below opposite the relevant Facility C Repayment Date, of the total outstanding amount of Facility C Advances on the last day of the Facility C Availability Period.
Each Facility B Repayment Instalment (other than the last) shall be in an Original Euro Amount equal as nearly as possible (rounded upwards if necessary) to the percentage, set out in column (2) below opposite the relevant Facility B Repayment Date, of the total outstanding amount of Facility B Advances on the last day of the Facility B Availability Period.
If a Facility B Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Facility B Advance under Clause 5.4(c) (Participations in Advances) or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate.
The amount of the Facility B Advance for the next Interest Period will be determined by notionally converting into that Optional Currency the Original Euro Amount of the Facility B Advance on the basis of the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange three Business Days before the commencement of that Interest Period.
