Original Global Bond Certificate definition

Original Global Bond Certificate means the global bond certificate in registered form which will evidence the Original Bonds, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3, and evidencing the registration of the person named therein in the Bonds Register;
Original Global Bond Certificate means the original global bond certificate representing the Bonds to be issued pursuant to Clause 3.1 (Global Bond Certificate) in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Original Global Bond Certificate).
