Original Bonds definition

Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Original Bonds means the bonds in or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 2 comprising the €250,000,000 2.25 per cent. Senior Unsecured Convertible Bonds due 2024 constituted by this Trust Deed and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Bonds issued pursuant to the Conditions and (except for the purposes of Clauses 3.1 and 3.2) the Global Bond Certificate;
Original Bonds means any Bonds comprising part of the relevant Deliverable Obligations. "Original Loans" means any Loans comprising part of the relevant Deliverable Obligations.

Examples of Original Bonds in a sentence

  • The Original Global Bond Certificate will be delivered to and the Original Bonds registered in the name of a common depositary for Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg.

  • If the Trustee holds any moneys in respect of Original Bonds and any Further Bonds forming a single series with the Original Bonds which have become void or in respect of which claims have become prescribed under the Conditions, the Trustee will hold them in accordance with this Clause 6.1.

  • Any Further Bonds created and issued pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.1 so as to form a single series with the Original Bonds and/or the Further Bonds of any series shall be constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed and any other Further Bonds of any series created and issued pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.1 may be so constituted.

  • Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Secretary executed Guarantees for each of the Original Bonds pursuant to Section 313A of the RE Act.

  • Original Bonds (including the Original Global Bond Certificate) so executed and authenticated will be valid and binding obligations of the Issuer.


More Definitions of Original Bonds

Original Bonds means collectively, the Series 1977 Bonds and the Series 1982 Bonds.
Original Bonds means the US$200,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2018 issued on 7 November 2013;
Original Bonds means the bearer bonds comprising the said (pound)100,000,000 10? per cent. Bonds Due 2020 hereby constituted or the amount thereof for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes any replacements for Original Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 12 and (except for the purposes of Clauses 3(A), (B) and (C)) the Original Global Bond;
Original Bonds means the 4.00 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2010 (which includes the Optional Bonds) constituted by this Trust Deed and for the time being outstanding (being on the date hereof U.S.$200,000,000 in principal amount) or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 13 and (except for the purposes of Clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3) the Original Global Bond;
Original Bonds means the bonds (whether in bearer or registered form) comprising the said (pound)200,000,000 9 1/4 per cent. Guaranteed Bonds due 2020 hereby constituted or the principal amount thereof for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes any replacements for Original Bonds issued pursuant to Condition 15, where the context so requires or admits any Original Receipts and (except for the purposes of Clause 3) the Original Global Bond;
Original Bonds means the “County of Muhlenberg, Kentucky, Collateralized Pollution Control Revenue Bonds (Kentucky Utilities Company Project) 1975 Series A”, dated July 1, 1975.
Original Bonds means the bearer bonds substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 of the Trust Deed comprising the €115 million 5.00 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2022, in each case, in the case of definitive Bonds, having attached thereto Coupons, constituted by the Trust Deed and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Bonds issued pursuant to the Conditions and, except for the purposes of Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of the Trust Deed, includes the Original Global Bond.
