Original Nominal Value definition

Original Nominal Value means, in respect of an Additional Tier 1 Temporary Write-Down Note, the Nominal Value of the Additional Tier 1 Temporary Write-Down Note as issued on the Issue Date.
Original Nominal Value means, in respect of a Note, EUR 100,000.

  • As of December 31, 2013, GDP-linked Marketable Securities issued in United States dollars maturing on December 15, 2035 for an Original Nominal Value (ONV) of USD 206,023, equivalent to ARS 166,363, and issued in euros maturing on that date for an ONV of euros 50,000, equivalent to ARS 51,875 were also included, and were valued at market values (see Exhibit III).

  • Aggregate Nominal Amount means the aggregate nominal amount of the Securities set out in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Original Benchmark Rate on any day means the 3-months Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) fixed at, and appearing on, the Screen Page as of 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such day.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price. For the avoidance of doubt, when determining (i) above the SPS Valuation Date shall never refer to the Strike Date.

  • Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.

  • Applicable Market Value has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount means, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Indenture Supplement, with respect to the Class C(2020-5) Notes:

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Initial Reference Price means the official closing price of the Underlying Share on Strike Date.

  • Initial Dividend Rate means, with respect to a series of APS, the rate per annum applicable to the Initial Dividend Period for such series of APS.

  • Replacement Price means the price, determined by Buyer in a commercially reasonable manner, at which Buyer purchases (if at all) substitute SRECs having the same or subsequent Reporting Year as those SRECs not delivered by Seller for the deficiency or, absent such a purchase, the Market Price for such quantity of SRECs at or during the time that Seller fails to deliver the SRECs, provided that the Market Price shall never exceed the solar alternative compliance payment.

  • Class C Ordinary Share shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • RI Initial Value means, in respect of a Reference Item, the Initial Closing Price.

  • Dividend Date means a date specified in the Issue Resolution on which a dividend in respect of that preference share is payable.
