Original Note Issuance Date definition

Original Note Issuance Date means December 23, 2009, the original date of issuance of the first Note.
Original Note Issuance Date means April 22, 2010, the original date of issuance of the first Note.

Original Note Issuance Date. Senior Subordinated Debt" and "Senior Subordinated Notes" to read in their entirety as follows:
Original Note Issuance Date means March [•], 2016, the original date of issuance of the Note.
Original Note Issuance Date means the date upon which (a) the Senior Subordinated Notes are first issued and (b) the net proceeds of such notes have been applied to repay in full the entire outstanding Term Loan and Revolving Loan in accordance with Section 3(a) of the First Amendment.

Related to Original Note Issuance Date

  • Series Issuance Date means, with respect to any Series, the date on which the Notes of such Series are to be originally issued in accordance with Section 2.10 and the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Original Notes means the Initial Notes and any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.

  • Original Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Initial Note Holders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Initial Note Principal Balance means, with respect to each Note as of any date of determination, the “Initial Note Principal Balance” for such Note set forth in Part B of the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Initial Debentures means the Debentures designated as “9.5% Unsecured Convertible Debentures” and described in Section 2.5;

  • Initial Note A-7 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • Original Purchase Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Private Placement Warrants Purchase Agreement shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Original Purchase Date means with respect to any Loan, the date such Loan was purchased by Town Hall Funding from the Master Depositor pursuant to the Conveyance Agreement.

  • Existing Convertible Notes means any convertible notes or other convertible debt securities of the Company outstanding on the date of this Agreement.

  • Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.
