Original Transeastern Judgment means the Bankruptcy Court Decision as it relates to the Transeastern Lenders.
Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.
occasional transaction means a transaction that is not carried out as part of a business relationship as defined in Article 3(13) of Directive (EU) 2015/849.
Capital Transaction means the sale, exchange or disposition (other than leasing in the ordinary course of business) of any Partnership property that is not in the ordinary course of business, or casualty damage to or condemnation of any Partnership property, or any substantial interest therein or portion thereof.
Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.
Permanent Supportive Housing means voluntary, flexible supports to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.
Total organ dose equivalent (TODE) means the sum of the deep dose equivalent and the committed dose equivalent to the organ receiving the highest dose as described in 641—40.86(1)“f.”
BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.

Variable Rate Transaction shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).
