Original Use Date means the date on which Client first utilizes the Products in production mode.
Commercial Use means the use to which the material can commercially be put.
Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.

Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions.
