Other Approvals definition

Other Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(d)(ii).

Other Approvals means, for the Product, the approval or authorization granted by the Other Authorities for the Marketing of the Product in the Territory, including the Pricing Approval and the Reimbursement Approval, as applicable.
