Other Buyers definition

Other Buyers third parties that have entered into an agreement with Seller that is substantially similar to this Agreement;

Other Buyers means each of the several holders of the Preferred Stock of the Company who have agreed to purchase the Preferred Stock pursuant to the Other Subscription Agreements.

Other Buyers means, collectively, the purchasers listed on Exhibit B hereto.
