• All documentation shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Purchaser’s Solicitors and the Vendor’s Solicitors, each acting reasonably and in good faith.

• Any tendered documents or monies hereunder, or any notice, waiver, or communication, or approval or other document permitted or contemplated hereunder, or the variation of any time provisions hereof, may be given or made by the Vendor or the Purchaser or the Vendor’s Solicitors or Purchaser’s Solicitors, respectively, upon, to or with the solicitors acting for the party on, or to whom tender or delivery is desired.
