Examples of Other CIF Trust Fund in a sentence

  • If any amount shall be returned to the Contributor from the Other CIF Trust Fund in respect of the Other Contribution funds, unless otherwise agreed between the Trustee and the Contributor, such amount shall be returned to the Trust Fund.

  • Upon effectiveness of such arrangement and receipt of the funds in the form of cash or promissory notes or similar obligations made payable to the Other CIF Trust Fund, the Trustee shall transfer to the Other CIF Trust Fund the amount of the Contribution funds designated by the Contributor.
