If the Parties disagree on any aspect of the proposed Settlement or forthcoming Motion for Preliminary Approval, Class Counsel and Defense Counsel will expeditiously work together in good faith on behalf of the Parties to resolve the disagreement.
This Agreement, and all parts of it, may be amended, modified, changed, or waived only by an express written instrument signed by all Parties or Class Counsel and Defense Counsel, as their legal representatives.
