Other Debris. Other debris includes but is not limited to tires, small motorized equipment, electronic waste, propane tanks, and petroleum products.
Other Debris means any persistent solid material that is manufactured or processed and directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, disposed of or abandoned in or on commercially navigable waters and that can be removed concurrently with the removal pursuant to this section of an abandoned and derelict commercial vessel.; and
