Other Financial Investments definition

Other Financial Investments means (a) securities and other investments that, but for the maturity restrictions described in the definition ofCash Equivalents”, would otherwise constitute Cash Equivalents and (b) corporate obligations issued by any Person (other than the Company or any Affiliate thereof) incorporated in the United States rated at least BBB- or the equivalent thereof by S&P or at least Baa3 or the equivalent thereof by Xxxxx’x, including Investments permitted pursuant to Section 7.03(a).

Related to Other Financial Investments

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund. All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:
