Other Insurance Policies. As of Accredited Transfer Date, no action, inaction or event has occurred and no state of facts exists or has existed that has resulted or will result in the exclusion from, denial of, or defense to coverage under any applicable, special hazard insurance policy, or bankruptcy bond, irrespective of the cause of such failure of coverage. In connection with the placement of any such insurance, no commission, fee, or other compensation has been or will be received by Accredited or by any officer, director, or employee of Accredited or any designee of Accredited or any corporation in which Accredited or any officer, director, or employee had a financial interest at the time of placement of such insurance;
Other Insurance Policies. All insurance policies insuring any Mortgage Loan or Mortgaged Property, to the extent the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee has any interest therein, including the PMI Policy.

More Definitions of Other Insurance Policies

Other Insurance Policies means those insurance policies or packages you take out for the duration of the Subscription Period for the additional cost set out under the heading “Other Insurance Policies” in the Tariff Guide;

Related to Other Insurance Policies

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.

  • Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.

  • Reimbursement insurance policy means a policy of insurance

  • Co-insurance means the percentage of the usual, reasonable, customary, and fair market value expense that a covered person must pay.
