OTHER INTEREST SITES definition

OTHER INTEREST SITES means the Sites, which are occupied by Lessor pursuant to a license, easement, permit or similar arrangement. If a Site is not an Owned Site or a Leased Site, such Site shall be deemed an Other Interest Site.
OTHER INTEREST SITES means the tracts, pieces or parcels of land occupied or used by Company or any Company Subsidiary (as described in Section 1.1(f) of the Disclosure Schedules) pursuant to a license, easement, permit or similar arrangement, on which Towers or other communications equipment are, or intended to be, located, together with all easements and other rights appurtenant thereto.
OTHER INTEREST SITES has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Related to OTHER INTEREST SITES

  • Other Interests means the legal or equitable estates or interests and other rights in relation to the determination area described in Schedule Five and referred to in paragraph 14;

  • Purchaser Interest means, at any time, an undivided percentage ownership interest (computed as set forth below) associated with a designated amount of Capital, selected pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof in (i) each Receivable arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided interest, (ii) all Related Security with respect to each such Receivable, and (iii) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, each such Receivable. Each such undivided percentage interest shall equal: NRB – AR where: C = the Capital of such Purchaser Interest. AR = the Aggregate Reserves. NRB = the Net Receivables Balance. Such undivided percentage ownership interest shall be initially computed on its date of purchase. Thereafter, until the Amortization Date, each Purchaser Interest shall be automatically recomputed (or deemed to be recomputed) on each day prior to the Amortization Date. The variable percentage represented by any Purchaser Interest as computed (or deemed recomputed) as of the close of the business day immediately preceding the Amortization Date shall remain constant at all times thereafter.

  • Class P Mortgage Loan Any of the Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Mortgage Loans.

  • Simple Interest Mortgage Loan Those simple interest loans as noted on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the data field designated “DSI.”

  • Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.

  • Interest Portion means that portion of Trust Bond Loan Repayments payable by a Borrower under such Borrower’s Loan Agreement that is necessary to pay any such Borrower’s proportionate share of interest on the Bonds (i) as set forth in Exhibit A-2 of any such Loan Agreement under the column heading entitled “Interest”, or (ii) with respect to any prepayment or acceleration, as the case may be, of Trust Bond Loan Repayments in accordance with Section 3.07 or 5.03 of any such Loan Agreement, to accrue on any principal amount of Trust Bond Loan Repayments to the date of the redemption or acceleration, of the Bonds allocable to such prepaid or accelerated Trust Bond Loan Repayment.

  • Interest Reserve Loan Each Actual/360 Mortgage Loan.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Lower Tier Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Periodic Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the periodic interest for such Payment Date as specified in the Series Supplement.

  • Group III Mortgage Loans and "Group IV Mortgage Loans," respectively), formed by Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation (hereinafter called the "Depxxxxxr," which term includes any successor entity under the Agreement referred to below). The Trust Estate was created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 27, 2006 (the "Agreement") among the Depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as master servicer (the "Master Servicer") anx X.X. To the extent not defined herein, the capitalized terms used herein have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement. This Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the Holder of this Certificate by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and by which such Holder is bound. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, a distribution will be made on the 25th day of each month or, if such 25th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following (the "Distribution Date"), commencing on the first Distribution Date specified above, to the Person in whose name this Certificate is registered at the close of business on the Record Date, in an amount equal to the product of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Certificate and the Group II-A Distribution Amount for the Class II-A-7 Certificates required to be distributed to Holders of the Class II-A-7 Certificates on such Distribution Date, subject to adjustment in certain events as specified in the Agreement. Distributions in reduction of the Principal Balance of certain Classes of Class A Certificates may not commence on the first Distribution Date specified above. Distributions of principal will be allocated among the Classes of Group II-A Certificates in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. The pass-through rate on the Class II-A-7 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 5.500% per annum. The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class II-A-7 Certificates, as described in the Agreement. Distributions on this Certificate will be made by the Paying Agent by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto, as such name and address shall appear on the Certificate Register, unless such Person is entitled to receive payments by wire transfer in immediately available funds in accordance with the Agreement and such Person has notified the Paying Agent pursuant to the Agreement that such payments are to be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds. Notwithstanding the above, the final distribution in reduction of the Principal Balance of this Certificate will be made after due notice of the pendency of such distribution and only upon presentation and surrender of this Certificate at the office or agency of the Paying Agent specified for that purpose in the notice of final distribution. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. This Certificate constitutes a "regular interest" in a "real estate mortgage investment conduit" as those terms are defined in Section 860G(a)(1) and Section 860D, respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Unless this Certificate has been countersigned by an authorized officer of the Authenticating Agent, by manual signature, this Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement or be valid for any purpose.

  • Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Initial Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans included in the Trust as of the Closing Date.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Common Interest means the limited liability company membership interest represented by the Common Units owned by a Common Member in the Company at any particular time, including the right of such Common Member to any and all benefits to which a Common Member may be entitled as provided in the Act, this Agreement, or otherwise, together with the obligations of such Common Member to comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Act.

  • Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-1 hereto.

  • Certificate Interest means the allocable percentage interest of a Certificate held by a Certificateholder.

  • Mortgage Interest Rate The annual rate of interest borne on a Mortgage Note.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Assumed Interest Rate means the annual yield payable on the last day of the applicable Calculation Period on ten (10) year United States Treasury obligations in amounts approximating the outstanding principal balance of the Loan on the last day of the Calculation Period plus two hundred fifty (250) basis points per annum; provided, however, that the Assumed Interest Rate shall be not less than six percent (6.0%) per annum.

  • Interest Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 1.5 times (ii) the Alternate Base Rate as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date times (iii) a fraction the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.
