Leased Site definition

Leased Site means the Assignable Sites that are occupied by Tower Operator and the Non-Assignable Sites that are occupied by a T-Mobile Ground Lease Additional Party, in either case, pursuant to a Ground Lease, which Sites are identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as Leased Sites. If a Site is not a Leased Site, such Site is an Owned Site hereunder.

Leased Site means the Sites occupied by Lessor or a Sprint Additional Party, as applicable, pursuant to a lease or sublease.

Leased Site means the real estate corridor described on that certain survey, dated January 22, 2016, prepared by Maser Consulting P.A., on file with Owner and CECONY.

• Furthermore, Tenant acknowledges that the Leased Site and the Property are owned by Landlord as a real estate investment and failure by Tenant to give timely notice of a termination as provided for in this Section, regardless of whether the result of accident, surprise, neglect or mistake, shall not in any way entitle Tenant to give the termination notice after the specified time period.

• If Lessor or Lessee is not able to renew or extend any Ground Lease in accordance with Section 4(c) and this Section 4(d), then the Parties will permit such Ground Lease to expire on the applicable expiration date, in which event this Agreement will have no further force and effect as to the Leased Site or Other Interest Site, as applicable, to which such Ground Lease applies except for such obligations accruing prior to or as of such expiration date that are then unperformed.

• The Budget for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2016 (the “Initial Budget”), attached hereto as Schedule 4, is based upon the Provider’s existing budget applicable to the operation and maintenance of the Leased Site, Sugarloaf Substation and the assets located thereon.

More Definitions of Leased Site

Leased Site means the property leased to CILCORP pursuant to the Lease Agreement.

Leased Site has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Leased Site means the property leased by MWG to CILCORP pursuant to the Lease Agreement.
