Leased Site definition

Leased Site means the Assignable Sites that are occupied by Tower Operator and the Non-Assignable Sites that are occupied by a T-Mobile Ground Lease Additional Party, in either case, pursuant to a Ground Lease, which Sites are identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as Leased Sites. If a Site is not a Leased Site, such Site is an Owned Site hereunder.
Leased Site means the Sites occupied by Lessor or a Sprint Additional Party, as applicable, pursuant to a lease or sublease.
Leased Site means the real estate corridor described on that certain survey, dated January 22, 2016, prepared by Maser Consulting P.A., on file with Owner and CECONY.

More Definitions of Leased Site

Leased Site means the property leased to CILCORP pursuant to the Lease Agreement.
