OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT definition

OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means the Lease Agreement (Phase V - Improvements), dated as of March 1, 2000, between BNPLC and NAI, as such Lease Agreement may be extended, supplemented, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means that certain Aircraft Lease Agreement (N261SK) dated as of August 30, 1999 between Lessor, as lessor, and Lessee, as lessee, regarding the lease of the Other Aircraft.
OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means the aircraft lease agreement dated of even date herewith in respect of the Other Aircraft between Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association, not individually but solely as Owner Trustee, as lessor, and Lessee, as lessee.

OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means each of the aircraft lease agreements entered into between an Affiliate of Lessor, as lessor, and Lessee, as lessee, with respect to the aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers [_____].
OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means any aircraft lease agreement relating to an Other Aircraft entered into between (i) Sublessor and (ii) Sublessee;

(For purposes of the Operative Documents, until the Other Lease Agreement is executed as provided in the Agreement to Lease, all references to the Other Lease Agreement in the Operative Documents will be deemed references to the form of Lease Agreement (Phase III - Land) attached the Agreement to Lease, except when a contrary intent is indicated by the context of the reference.)
OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means any aircraft lease or other agreement between Lessor and Lessee relating to Saab model 2000 aircraft, as the same may be amended, supplemented and modified, and for so long as such agreement remains in effect in accordance with its terms.
OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT is defined in Section 1.1 of the Aircraft Lease Agreement.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Sublease Agreement means that certain Sublease Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021 by and between the Company and the Agency.

  • Occupancy Agreement means a written agreement entered into between an assisted living program and a tenant that clearly describes the rights and responsibilities of the assisted living program and a tenant, and other information required by rule. “Occupancy agreement” may include a separate signed lease and signed service agreement.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.
