Other Letters of Credit definition

Other Letters of Credit means any and all letters of credit pursuant to Section 8(l) of the Other Leases.
Other Letters of Credit the collective reference to the letters of credit described on Schedule III hereto, as each such letter of credit may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Other Letters of Credit in a sentence

  • Each such payment shall be made to such Issuing Lender at its Principal Office in Dollars (except, with respect to Other Letters of Credit denominated in a currency other than Dollars, to the extent the Application for such Other Letter of Credit provides that payment shall be made in another currency) and in immediately available funds.

  • Each Letter of Credit (other than the Other Letters of Credit and any replacements thereof) shall be denominated in Dollars.

  • The Administrative Agent is hereby further authorized to enter into Other Intercreditor Agreements and Secured Other Letters of Credit Intercreditor Agreements consistent with the terms of this Agreement, and each Lender agrees to be bound by the terms thereof.

  • With respect to all Letters of Credit and all Other Letters of Credit that shall not have matured or presentment for honor shall not have occurred, the Company shall provide the Lender with Cash Collateral in an amount equal to the aggregate undrawn amount of the Letters of Credit.


More Definitions of Other Letters of Credit

Other Letters of Credit means all letters of credit issued for the account of any member of the Combined Group, other than and except for the Letters of Credit.
Other Letters of Credit means, on any date of determination, all letters of credit issued for the account of Borrower or its Subsidiaries, other than the Revolver Letters of Credit.
Other Letters of Credit means, collectively, the Existing Outside Letters of Credit and the Ordinary Course Letters of Credit.

Other Letters of Credit means the irrevocable letters of credit issued by (i) Silicon Valley Bank for the benefit of Arch Specialty Insurance Company in the original face amount of $300,000 and (ii) Sterling Savings Bank for the benefit of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. in the original face amount of $140,000 or the Australian dollar equivalent thereof.
Other Letters of Credit means letters of credit issued by a Bank ----------------------- for the account of the Company pursuant to any arrangement (other than pursuant to this Agreement) between the Company and such Bank, but does not include Existing Letters of Credit.
