Other Native American definition
Other Native American means any duly enrolled member of: (1) a federally recognized Indian tribe other than the Band; or (2) an Indian tribe or First Nation recognized by Canada.

Native American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of North America and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part or who is recognized by a tribal organization.
Native Americans, as used in this provision, means U.S. citizens who are American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut, or native Hawaiian.
foreign national means the following:
Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.
Hispanic American means a person having origins in any of the Spanish-speaking peoples of Mexico, South or Central America, or the Caribbean Islands or other Spanish or Portuguese cultures and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.
