Other Networks definition

Other Networks or “Networks” means, collectively, all Processor supported networks not defined above as Associations.

Other Networks means electronic systems owned or operated by third parties.

Other Networks refers to any other card or similar network supported by Processor, including, without limitation, debit networks.

Examples of Other Networks in a sentence

• We have a right to cease providing Services for any Other Networks or Associations in our sole discretion.

• We are not liable for any delays in receipt of funds or errors in debit and credit entries caused by unaffiliated third parties, including the Associations, Other Networks, a clearing house, or your financial institution.

• You agree to pay all fees, fines, assessments and penalties the Associations or Other Networks impose.

• Merchant attests that all POS terminals are operating with unique keys as mandated by Other Networks.

• Other Networks of professionals existing in this area should also continue to receive Union support.

• Processor is not liable for any delays in receipt of funds or errors in debit and credit entries caused by unaffiliated third parties including but not limited to the Associations, Other Networks, a clearing house or Merchant’s financial institution.
