Other Placement definition

Other Placement is the placement of an employee in a vacant position when an employee returns to work following a leave of absence (paid or unpaid) of one semester or more, when an employee is brought back to work from a 39- month re-employment list, or when an employee is placed in the unit from a non-bargaining unit position.
