Until such time as the Trustee enters into a substitute servicing agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans previously serviced by an Other Servicer and the transition period relating to the transfer of such servicing expires, the Master Servicer shall assume, satisfy, perform and carry out all obligations which otherwise were to have been satisfied, performed and carried out by an Other Servicer under its terminated Servicing Agreement.
The Master Servicer shall certify to the Trustee with respect to any such Distribution Date (i) the amount of Periodic Advances required of WFHM or such Other Servicer, as the case may be, (ii) the amount actually advanced by WFHM or such Other Servicer, (iii) the amount that the Trustee or Master Servicer is required to advance hereunder and (iv) whether the Master Servicer has determined that it reasonably believes that such Periodic Advance is a Nonrecoverable Advance.
The obligation of any party to this Agreement to deliver any notices, reports or other information to any Other Depositor, Other Servicer, Other Special Servicer, Other Trustee or Other 17g-5 Information Provider shall be effective in each case only to the extent such party to this Agreement has received notice of the identity and contact information of such Other Depositor, Other Servicer, Other Special Servicer, Other Trustee or Other 17g-5 Information Provider, as applicable.
For the avoidance of doubt, any notices or information required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement by any party hereto to a Serviced Companion Loan Holder with respect to a Serviced Companion Loan that has been included in an Other Securitization Trust shall be provided to the Other Servicer under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
