Other Subleases definition

Other Subleases means the subleases entered into by the Other Operators with respect to the Other Facilities.
Other Subleases means any sublease agreements pursuant to which Master Tenant subleases the operations of healthcare facilities leased by the Master Tenant pursuant to the Master Lease other than the Healthcare Facility.

  • Other Subleases: 50% of excess rent from other subleases for microcell antenna tower, or similar sublease.

  • Except with respect to the Other Subleases, Tenant hereby waives and relinquishes all rights Tenant has, if any, to any income from the Premises.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Sublessee acknowledges that it has no right to access any building other than the Building and Buildings 3, 4 and 6 while the Other Subleases and this Sublease are in effect.

  • Similarly, a default by Sublessee under this Sublease shall constitute a default under each of the Other Subleases.

Related to Other Subleases

  • Subleases means the Sublease(s) of even date herewith by and between the District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District subleases the Site from the Contractor.

  • Leases means any and all leases, subleases, tenancies, options, concession agreements, rental agreements, occupancy agreements, franchise agreements, access agreements and any other agreements (including all amendments, extensions, replacements, renewals, modifications and/or guarantees thereof), whether or not of record and whether now in existence or hereafter entered into, affecting the use or occupancy of all or any portion of any Real Property.

  • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.
